Family Based Recovery

Service Description
Family Based Recovery is an intensive and comprehensive in-home program for families who have co-occurring caregiver substance abuse and an infant (birth to two) who is at risk of removal or poor developmental outcomes. The FBR team is composed of a supervisor, two clinicians, and a family support counselor. The team works with up to twelve families to provide parent-child related interventions and sobriety-related interventions, to ensure that children develop optimally in drug-free, safe and stable homes with their parents, siblings and other family members.
