Family Support Team
Service Description
The Family Support Team works with families who have children returning home from residential care. The goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible and to return the child to his/her natural community. This is an intensive program in which the team works with the family several times a week for up to a year.
How to make an appointment
Referrals and appointments are made through the Department of Children and Families office gatekeeper.

Insurance is billed whenever possible.
