Intensive Safety Planning

Service Description
The Intensive Safety Planning (ISP) program focuses on families in which a child has just been removed from the home by the Department of Children & Families (DCF). The ISP worker and parents spend 14 hours per week together to develop and implement an action plan to reduce the safety factors that led to the child’s removal. Each ISP case with a family is 24 calendar days.
