Reconnecting Families Program (RCFP)

Service Description

This service is designed to engage, support and intervene with family members through a short-term, intensive, in-home service model following the removal of a child(ren) due to abuse and neglect in order to promote and effect successful reunification and reduce the risk for further abuse and neglect.

How to make an appointment

Referrals are made through either the Norwich DCF office (servicing the Southeast) or the Willimantic DCF office (servicing the Northeast).

Insurance Info

This is a grant funded program and is provided at no cost to families. Insurance information is not collected.
