Substance Abuse - Journey

Service Description
This program offers comprehensive outpatient services for individuals, couples and families whose lives have been affected by substance abuse problems.
Our clinicians work with our clients and those you wish to be included in treatment to:
- Understand the causes and consequences of addiction
- Develop strategies and skills to overcome substance abuse
- Begin the journey toward recovery
We provide a wide range of services including:
- Substance abuse assessment and evaluation
- Treatment for individuals, couples and families
- Support groups such as:
- Early Recovery
- Relapse Prevention
- Anger Management
- Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
- Referrals to peer support groups and residential services
- Consultation for private or public institutions confronting addiction
How to make an appointment
Call 860- 892-7042, Ext. 733 to speak with an intake worker who will schedule an appointment for you. You may also leave a message for the intake worker to call you.
What to bring for your first visit
Insurance card or proof of income for participation in reduced fee program. You may bring family member or loved ones who would be supportive if you chose to include them in your treatment. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
