Psychiatric Assessment & Medication Management

Service Description
Our medical staff provides psychiatric assessment and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. The medical staff evaluates clients' needs for psychotropic medication and follows up accordingly.
How to make an appointment
In order to receive psychiatric assessment and medication management, clients need to be enrolled in any of the Outpatient Behavioral Health Programs. A clinician, in coordination with an intake worker, will make the first appointment for you.
What to bring for your first visit
List of past and current psychiatric medications.

UCFS accepts most insurance plans. We also offer a reduced fee program.
