Service Description

Providing transportation to medical appointments, diagnostic testing sites, same day surgeries, treatment and therapy programs and pharmacies, assisted shopping services, socialization and friendly visiting services and home-based shopping service.

How to make an appointment

Individuals who would like to volunteer or those who need services may call 889-2648 x 387.

What to bring for your first visit

Prospective volunteers must furnish a copy of a valid automobile insurance card and driver's license. Prospective clients must complete a client application form, which includes naming a local emergency contact person.

Insurance Info

A copy of driver insurance and license are kept on file and must be present before volunteer participation begins.
