Adoption Assistance Program
Service Description
Adoptive families face unique adjustments and challenges that are sometimes too difficult to handle alone. The Adoption Assistance Program will provide adoptive families in New London County with a number of post-adoption services to address those unique needs. Services will include: in-home case management; education and outreach (in the schools, as well as in the community at large); a support group and a network of other services and information to adoptive families.
