UCFS Healthcare is thrilled to introduce Dr. Nnennaya Duke, a board-certified family medicine specialist, to our Plainfield and Griswold Health Centers. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Duke is dedicated to providing compassionate care, particularly to underprivileged populations. New patients are welcome to schedule appointments and experience her exceptional medical expertise.

UCFS provides compassionate and quality care regardless of a person’s ability to pay. We offer a sliding fee scale for uninsured or underinsured clients. Our sliding fee scale is based on family size and household income.
