Plainfield Health Center, 120-122 Plainfield Road, Moosup
Thursday, August 13th
9 – 10 am
The Edward & Mary Lord Family Health Center, 47 Town St., Norwich
This will be a drive-thru pickup and we ask that stay in your car.
Limit of one mask per child as supplies are limited.
