Join us for a 21 Day Mindfulness Challenge!
By participating in the 21 Day Mindfulness Challenge you will have the opportunity to practice mindful living and to share it with your family and friends.
During this challenge, you will visit a variety of topics including meditation, gratitude, empathy, self-compassion, intention, mindful communication and other interesting topics.
